Well, buckle up because we are sharing some GENIUS secrets to a clutter-free kids room, AND how to make some money on that hard work!
Have you ever heard the expression: "Cleaning the house with kids around, is like brushing your teeth and trying to eat an Oreo." I don't know about you, but this is 100% true in my home! As soon as I pick up something to put it away, the kids have it right back out again. Before I know it, I've picked up the same item at least 10x and the house still isn't clean!
Here are our top 10 tips to combat clutter...
Top 10 Tips to a clutter-free kids room:
Purge the kids toys when the are not home.
Send your kids on a "scavenger hunt" to help search for missing pieces.
Put a box of toys away in the closet and rotate older ones to keep their interest in "new" toys

Create labelled bins for Holiday stuff (books, toys, outdoor toys, etc.) {https://amzn.to/2Tc9t8c}
Do a routine clutter-check, in our house, we do this every 3-4 months
Throw things away. Stop hoarding broken toys, ripped clothing, and holey socks
Sell what you purged at the next Just Between Friends sale.
Hang clothes on hangers as you purge, and match the tops/bottoms
Take your time. Make a plan to work on one area at a time, from start to finish before moving onto the next room.
Do not ever feel guilty for purging your kids items without them around, in fact, it is EASIER to do it when they are gone! So call up a babysitter, your BFF, or granny and knock out a pre-holiday purge while rocking to some Brittney Spears and drinking that coffee momma!
You and your family deserve a clutter-free area, where you kids can explore their creativity, find appreciation for the items they have, less stress, and you don't have to clean as much! Not to mention that fact that you can SELL all this stuff and make some serious CA$H!
